I gave Richard and team an aggressive timeline to strip and build my apartment bathroom and they not only met it, the outcome was outstanding! I picked out the HW and tiles and they did everything else (while I was out of town!). They worked with the strata, all the suppliers, and of course managed their subbies. George is the best program manager ever! He did not close the job until every little request I had was met or exceeded. Really, I cannot say enough about JSR. Everything they promised, they delivered!!

We have just finished renovating a small apartment using JSR Builders and they did a fantastic job. Every detail was well planned and executed making it very easy for us. If any decisions had to be made they consulted our wishes before going ahead and didn't just presume what we might want. There was one mistake with the tiles for the kitchen but that was rectified immediately the next day with absolutely no fuss. They ordered and arranged delivery and installation of all the appliances as they were needed and worked well with the Body Corporate of the building. We are so happy we chose JSR Builders to renovate the kitchen and bathroom in our apartment. From our first meeting with George and James who came to quote, throughout the entire process the communication was exceptional. Our Project Manager was Nenad who was the nicest, friendliest and most professional Project Manager you could hope for and he made our renovation experience completely stress free. He is an exceptional communicator replying to our questions straightaway and kept us up to date constantly. Every tradesman involved was professional, meticulous with detail and took great pride in their work. The end result looks fantastic, modern, functional and exactly what we envisioned and at a very competitive price. The project ran to time and there were no additional cost surprises. JSR Builders renovated the bathroom in our house: the bath (with shower) was replaced with a walk-in shower. George and Maroun managed and supervised the work; one of who was generally on site to deal with any queries for and from us. They were very responsive and quick to deal with anything that arose. The JSR team were a pleasure to work with and the quality of work by the various tradesmen was excellent. We were extremely pleased with the JSR team and highly recommend them.
