We have just completed a full renovation on an apartment for a client and selected JSR Builders to do the work. The 4 month process was extremely smooth and hassle free. The staff were all wonderful and nothing was ever a problem. We will be using JSR again for all our apartment renovations.

JSR have completed an exceptional renovation, transforming a 30+ year old apartment into an attractive, modern property. Malek was the project manager, handling the renovation whilst my partner and I were living interstate. Malek adhered to all of our design expectations, whilst also making executive decisions on our behalf where required. Both Malek and Jason were extremely accomodating in providing open and honest communication. It was also a pleasure to meet some of the tradesmen who contributed to the job. In our opinion, JSR exceed their competition in reliability, popularity, man-power and skills. Their service cost was also highly appropriate considering their timely and high quality results. We plan to use JSR again for any future renovations, and highly recommend them to others (in fact, few of our surrounding neighbours have already hired them).

A delayed review but thought it important to provide really good feedback about JSR Builders. I had my apartment kitchen renovated last year and the results were amazing. Kudos to David (PM), Jason, Richard and all the really great contractors that they hired to complete the work. Quality is great and no complaints from me a year on. What I really appreciated was that JSR was able to design my kitchen in a way that no other renovation company did and it was truly fit for purpose. They also didn't pressure me in making a decision to commit which I experienced from another company. They are both friendly and professional. Really highly recommend for any reno work.

I used JSR Builders for renovating my apartment in Waverton in 2017 and also have taken a quote in 2023 for another apartment in Waverton. I interacted with Richard and Jason and as part of the discussions and negotiations. I found both of them and the whole organisation very professional and reasonable to interact with. In 2017 I asked JSR to review, assess and give a quote for the renovation I wanted to do. I wanted to renovate and give on rent. I found the quote was resonable, I was able to make changes during renovation, the team ensured all the paper work required for the renovation to be completed such as strata approval etc was done professionally with little involvement from me. JSR ensured there was little disturbance to the neighbours and work was completed without any fuss from neighbours and strata. in 2017, I had kitchen renovated, bathroom renovated, laundry renovated, cupboards built, painting done, garage cleaned etc. Overall it did not cost me a bomb and on the contrary I got away with better return on that spend when I sold immediately after that. Based on the work done by JSR it was better to sell on the appeal and presentation than give on rent. I had all neighbours come and see the work done by JSR and appreciative of the quality of work and finishes. With that experience, I approached JSR again in March 23 do give me a quote for renovation of kitchen, bathroom, false ceiling, air conditioning, painting etc. Again I found the quote reasonable and was planning to commence work. However, in the mean time I received an offer to buy I could not refuse and thus could not use JSR again. Another opportunity for renovation I will definitely go back to JSR for their trust worthiness, timely completion, workmanship and quality of materials they use. We recently renovated our 2 bedroom unit in Northbridge using JSR builders. As first time renovators we were pretty nervous about the whole process but JSR made it so easy and effortless. Their punctuality, professionalism and communication was amazing. Our renovations ran exactly to the timeline that we set out and we were always updated on progress and if any issues came up they were quick to provide solutions. We couldn’t have asked for a better project manger - Robbie became like a friend to us over the 3 months of working together. His communication was impeccable and his knowledge and love for his job was very comforting. We have since sold our unit making a great profit.
