From small renovations to large complete overhauls, they have always delivered extremely professional quality work. The work is always to a high standard and delivered on time. They are happy to offer numerous options and itemized free quotations, including plans to do staged works at different times. We never have any problems with their dealings with tenants, landlord, strata’s and body corporate. They understand and always provide the necessary paper work to apply for permission to the strata including water proofing certificates and insurances. They also make sure they provide all the correct signage to satisfy individual Body Corporate requirements, including following any special by laws that may be in effect in the building. The pricing is always reasonable and options on appliances and products is always offered. I would happily recommend Jason, Sam and Richard for any renovation no matter how big or small.

We recently had our kitchen and two bathrooms renovated by the team at JSR Builders and I had to take the time to write this review as I can't commend them highly enough for their work. In addition to being meticulous with their standard of work, the quality of the accessories and appliances they've used, they were also very thorough and truly live up to their slogan of "Just Simply Reliable". The icing on the cake for us was when we changed our minds at the very last minute about the tapware and stone selection we wanted to use and Richard didn't hesitate to accommodate these changes for us.
