I have had the pleasure of working with JSR building for the past 3 years. I originally met them when I first needed to carry out a full renovation on one of my managements. I met with a few builders to gain quotes and was instantly impressed with their seemingly easy going manner. Being the first full renovation they pointed out many important things I needed to be mindful of and particular when the quotes came in they were the most reasonable based on the quality of products we were wanting to install. Since that initial renovation I have worked on over 30 renovations with them. They fully understand the urgency about the down time on rental properties and always deliver the finished product on time. An important factor when renovating is finding trades people who have a way of dealing with other residents in the block who may find noise associated with renovations a problem. Somehow JSR always seem to placate the situation by showing a full understanding of the situation giving other residents plenty of notice, starting late and finishing early and always cleaning up common areas at the end of the day. I simply give the design brief, select the colours and finishes and the rest is done by JSR. I have very happy owners who have increased their asset and also the rental income on their properties. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who chooses to use them.
