Just had JSR builders complete a full renovation of my apartment at Mons Avenue Maroubra. This included new timber flooring, kitchen, laundry and bathroom full renovations, a full paint out with tiling and installation of ceiling led downlights throughout. I had them supply appliances too and found their prices very reasonable . Malek as the project manager did an outstanding job. Jason and George also were very good. Am over the moon with the transformation and would recommend them without hesitation. Thanks guys well done!!

We had our apartment completely renovated by JSR. From the onset of our meeting with Jason Bechara , it just felt that we had chosen the correct company. Richard who organised all the purchases for the apartment with detailed spreadsheets. Even George gave us some discounts to appease us when we complained too much about costs.? Our project manager was Rob (Rabieh chaar)who made sure that we were always satisfied with the work n never made to feel our queries were invalid. I wished that we had Rob as our site supervisor with our previous renovation with another company. This renovation was totally stress free. It’s a delight to see someone who takes pride in ensuring that work was finished and done well. I would certainly recommend JSR. It’s people who make the company. They certainly do it well !

Good service. Good quality. Timelines slightly behind schedule. Overall satisfied and would work with JSR again. My wife and I had our two bedroom apartment renovated by JSR Builders October-December 2022. Work included kitchen, bathroom, laundry, common area floors and storage in the bedrooms. JSR were effective and efficient during the initial consultation and scoping of works. We had a tight timeline in order to attain strata approval, that JSR were helpful in achieving. We had one project manager for ~2/3 of the project, and another for the final 1/3. Both were professional and diligent at answering or investigating any queries. Communication was mostly proactive and effective. Where there were two minor miscommunications, JSR either rectified the issue themselves, or offered to do so at no extra cost Project timelines (12 weeks) were slightly behind estimate (8 weeks). JSR provided an initial estimate of 8 weeks, with the caveat that this assumed no unforeseen issues or delays. We had ~1 week of delays due to an issue with strata, and ~1 week of delay as we requested additional painting. We wonder whether an estimate of 10 (or 12 to be safe) weeks would have been more realistic. This would have helped us plan our alternative accommodation better. We have been very happy with the quality of the construction and finish. There were a few minor items that we brought to the attention of JSR when we moved in, that were resolved within a matter of days Overall, we are grateful for the work by JSR, are happy with the outcome and would recommend to friends and family (Would have been 4.5 stars, but google only allows full stars)
