High quality builder for a high quality product. Mark did a great job managing the trades and was on site almost every day the work was happening, driving a well coordinated and high quality output. We supplied the drawings which were taped to the wall and used for briefing every trade. Everything we asked for was taken care of in a friendly and timely manner. As a registered NSW architect i'll admit i'm not easy to please, but I will certainly be engaging Mark and JSR again. Thankyou for making this a great experience!

After 12 years in my fixer-upper 2BR apartment full of half-finished DIY attempts, I hired JSR to completely overhaul the place from top to bottom and get it ready for sale. They were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of everything with full transparency around costs and scheduling. I'm absolutely stoked with the end result, and I wish I'd called these guys back when I first bought the place. I can think of no higher praise than the fact that I honestly kind of envy whoever gets to live here after me. Lesson learned. We have done a major apartment renovation with JSR, the construction programme takes about 12 weeks. JSR started site survey, strata application, provided concept design drawings months before the construction started. The job was done on time, project manager was responsive, their sub-contractors did quality works, communication was very good, all work orders and work scope were very clear with no ambiguity. I am very happy with the end result and would recommend JSR to anyone who is planning a renovation job.
