I would highly recommend JSR for units/apartments renovation. They are a specialist in this sector. I am a first time renovator and I am glad I decided to go with JSR, as they took care of everything from strata application to dealing with complaints. I renovated my entire unit (2 bedroom, 2 baths and remodelled the kitchen) and JSR took me through step by step the entire renovation journey. My renovation took place in the midst of the COVID pandemic and the lockdowns and building restrictions made the entire renovation extremely challenging. But the JSR team were very professional in approaching the challenges and they worked within the restrictions. The entire team, Jason, Richard, George and Malek were a joy to work with. They genuinely have my interest at heart and went the extra mile to achieve what I wanted. George and Malek on site, were extremely patient with all my requests and last minute changes. Nothing was too difficult for them as long as the requests were within reasonable limits. I am very happy with the finished product, i.e. an elegantly renovated unit with good workmanship in all aspects. All the tradesmen engaged by JSR were good and professional.. JSR may not be the cheapest in town but the saying " you get what you pay" is true for JSR who are Just Simply Reliable.

Fantastic! My wife and I had wasted months talking with other builders until JSR came along and were total life savers. Completed exactly what they said they would, to the specified design, on time and on budget. This was our first major renovation adding walls and a new bathroom with cabinets and plumbing and electrical and JSR brought all the knowledge and skills of the various trades together for us. They knew when to guide us and when to let us dream and were very patient with our last minute changes and additions.
