I recently had JSR renovate my apartment, totally replacing pretty much everything. I cannot rate them highly enough – the work that they did was excellent, delivering exactly what I was expecting, on time and to the quoted price. Richard helped me with determining the initial scope of the project, explaining clearly what would be achievable, helped me to gain body corporate approvals, and then managing some challenging neighbours. Alejandro project managed the work, keeping me well updated with progress, and providing plenty of guidance in relation to selection of colours for tiles, carpet, paint etc, so I ended up with a great result. We have an apartment in Milson’s Point which was recently renovated by JSR. The renovation included a new kitchen and utility room, a feature wall with mounted TV, three new bathrooms, new flooring and a total repaint. We renovated our apartment's bathroom with JSR and from start to finish the experience has been so good that we have recommended and will continue to recommend their services to anyone that will listen! We have recently fully renovated our three bedroom apartment by JSR builders. It included kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, custom made build-in-robes, and new flooring. Our experience from start to completion was most pleasant. Jason and his team, notably Richard, the planner, and George, the foreman, were most helpful at all stages of the project. No issues were unsolvable, or changes too big to tackle. It was Jason who came up with the inventive idea to reconfigure the plan of the kitchen, that we now have a most fabulous kitchen with open plan living and the whole apartment feels so much more spacious as a result. His care and pride of his work is definitely well above the general standard. We have no hesitation in recommending JSR to anyone who is thinking of renovating.
